Shipping
📦 Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our shipping policy below for important information about order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations.
🧵 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note:
- Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.
- Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
🌍 Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- United States
If international shipping is offered:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
📬 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
📦 Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Peak shipping seasons
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
🏠 Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.
📭 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package is lost:
- Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
- You may also reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
